Carolee Rhinestone Bow Knot Brooch Pin - Mint on Card (1996)

This is a brooch that was made to tie in to theEvita Movie 1996 starring Madonna and Antonio Banderas. The movie is set in the late 1940s, and the style of the pin reflects that era. It was made by Carolee, a company which was started in 1972 and which sold in better department stores.

It is a bold bow knot brooch, in gold studded with a double row of very bright tiny rhinestones. It measures 3" across at it's widest point. It still on its original card, and come with th hang tag. It originally retailed at $108, and was purchased at a Kauffman's Department store in Cleveland Ohio.
