This wonderful vintage German bib necklace features black glass and clear beads in a choker or "Cleopatra fringe" style. These pieces are characterized by their intricate, cascading drop designs. The tiered necklace is made of black beads, small and medium, with a center motif of thirteen dangles, alternating short and longer, with black beads and clear beads, separated by silver spaces. It measures 17" long and can be worn shorter; it has a hook clasp stamped "GERMANY." It was likely made in the 1940s-1950s and has an Egyptian Revival feel.
