This is a fantastic vintage pin signed WEISS CO NY. It measures 3" long and has a large center oval faceted stone, and is surrounded by oval and round white and gray rhinestones and pave set rhinestones in silver tone metal. It is in very good vintage condition. Some of the foil backed stones show some wear, some wear to metal. The large oval stone is clear one backed, I don't know if it did have foil at one point or not. Gorgeous in Person!
