Mattel Tommy Kelly's Club Tommy Circus Ringmaster(2000)

In the Mattel Kelly Club circus series, her friend Tommy finds himself in a new role as Ringmaster! He is a 4-inch blonde doll with blue eyes, dressed in a red ringmaster jacket with black lapels and a gold button, paired with dark blue pants and black boots, with a red megaphone. The details of the tails on his coat is adorable. 

Tommy, is Ken's little brother and shown in a classic circus ringmaster outfit featuring a shiny red tailcoat with black lapels, dark pants, and tall black boots.  His megaphone is at the red to announce the next act. Included with, but not original to, is a toy red cannon with a gold star. I can just imagine it being used at a circus as part of an effect. It's Rocky's Rooster Booster Cannon, a vintage fast food promotional premium released by Burger KIng in 2000, as a promotional item for the movie Chicken Run.
